THE APPROVAL PROCESS... IT'S AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!

 

1. DOWNLOAD The ACC Modification Request Application Packet here or by USING THE BUTTON ABOVE. 

2. PRINT the document on your printer, then FILL OUT, and SIGN the ACC Modification Request Application Packet.

3. SEND your signed and completed ACC Modification Request Application Packet via email with an attachment, fax, or regular mail.

• Please carefully read the instructions page (second page of the ACC Modification Request Application Packet). Your application MUST be received with all required documents to be considered. Applications received without all required documentation will be returned to you denied and could impact your start date. If you have questions about the form or the ACC process please reach out to our current property manager. 

 

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED ACC REQUEST FORM...

 

• We'll forward your request to your Association's ACC committee.

• The Committee will meet and review your plans.

• Once a decision is made by the committee, you will receive a letter in writing either accepting, denying or modifying your request. 

• This process will take from 1 week to 30 days, depending on when the next scheduled ACC meeting falls.
